usually for blood related things, you will need to go to Hematologist so ideally whoever doctor has asked you to go to hospital should have ideally referred you to hematologist instead of saying just go to hospital. Ask for referral so you can get appointment quickly otherwise you never know, some won't even entertain without PCP referral.
