Hi All, I have entered USA on B1 visa and getting my H1 visa transferred from old employers to new employer in USA for which my new employer has applied for visa transfer. Can I continue to stay in USA on H1B receipt of notice for transfer before approval and after approval even though I entered USA on B1 visa. What will be the status of my I94 which was issues during my port of entry on B1. Do I need to go back to India once complete I94 duration which was given during my B1 port of entry. Your responses and suggestions are much aprdciated.
