multiple options ! Current contract phone can use as it is ! ATT allow this but international roaming expensive ! You can convert to pre-paid same number that works too ! again this is not cheap either ! Easy option is, Find a phone in india and have an Indian SIM. This will be pretty cheap! If you wanted to use current phone with Indian SIM, that needs to be unlocked. If your handset payment is complete, ask your carrier. They will do it for free !
