You can learn and they will market you for a job if you know programming/QA testing already you can teach for them. 3)Involve yourself in open source projects for 6months-1 yr and gain experience. This will get job easily on h1. Search google for apache open source projects. you will find plenty but requires some programming knowledge. 4)Do marketing for Indian companies and develop business contacts for them without being an employee. This is wide open area, ranging from exporters to software companies.You can help anyone in your family circles and be a liason for them. Other way: See www.elance.com or www.rentacoder.com that bid for projects. You can find Indian companies there and ask them if you can support or be contact point for them. Many dont have US office or US person. You can also do it individually , bid for projects and do it if you like or pass it to someone else.
