I moved 2 months ago to CT from India and is living in Hartford. Facing a big problem in my life and badly need help. I reached on an L2 visa (Husband on L1). But we are going to get separated but I just cannot go back to India till the end of 2019. I really cannot go. I badly need a job now. I did my graduation in computer science but my work experience in india was with a private bank and I dont think it will help. Moreover I need a job when I go back to india so the experience i get here should be valid. The only option is IT or Software because then when i go back it will be easy to find a job. But i do not have any relevant IT experience except a degree. Some are asking to me find a job in Testing since it is easier. Should i do a course and then find a IT job? If so which course? How do i do job hunting here? I dont need a big salary but can i expect atleast 2500 a month? iam totally lost and tensed. please help me with some advice
