my mother is eligible to become a us citizen, she has a greencard right now. but she barely knows any english, she just understands a very little bit but not very good with speaking and writing english. she is 51 years old and at this point she doesnt even wanna try to learn it. so is it possible that she can give her citizenship test in hindi,did anyone ever have an experience like that.
