Hello, We are looking for a flatmate to occupy one of the rooms of a 2bhk. Male or female is okay. The lease starts from 18th August and its a new house. Monthly rent would be $595 and initial deposit is $350 which is refundable at the end of the lease. The lease ends in the month of March and can be renewed if you wish. The rent includes all the utilities such as AC, heater, electricity, etc. You only have to pay for the WIFI which would cost around $17 per person.
