Thanks much, this helps. I have one more question, is there a rule in CT(like in CA for example) where a family of 4 SHOULD lease a 2-bdr apt. I prefer leasing a 1-bdr apt. my family :: me, wife and 2 kids[one 4yr old and one 3 months old] please let me know. TIA
