Current Duty Tax on LED TV is 36.05% of the Market Price of that same model or similar one (brand, size, technology etc.) in India (Not the retail price you paid). However, based on the mood of the officer/your negotiation skills etc., you might be able to convince them to a lower model price of same size tv or sometimes even a far lower value. If your tv is old and you have a matching receipt, you can further request them to apply the depreciated value.
