Moving with my family to the US soon, and I have options to live in any of these 4 states - NJ, NY, CT or MS. I mostly work from home, with extensive travel once or twice in a month which is why I have the flexibility to move to any of these states. Below are my pre-requisites in the order of preference - 1) Has to be an Apartment preferably with a good Indian community 2) Safe and decent neighborhood. 3) Rental budget of 1300 - 1500, for a good 2 BHK 4) Less overall cost of living 5) Weather / Climate NOT much of an issue. 6) My baby is a new born, good school district not relevant Can you please help me suggest what my best options are and also any good community apartments in the places you suggest? The closest I've come to after doing research on my own is Hartford. Looking forward to your inputs.
