The first challenge you will have is that weather. CT winters are very cold and long (6-7 months). During this time there is not much to do as you have to stay indoors most of the time. There is lots of snow and during snow again there is not much to do except sit inside. Next challenge will be coming to a foreign country and trying to understand its ways and people and adapt. Usually rich white kids go to private schools so I am sure you will face some prejudice when you come here and may find making friends hard. Next, Cheshire is a small rural city, there is not much to do. You will be dependent on school activities to keep you busy. To be honest the only benefit I see is you get to come to US and explore a different culture and country. Be prepared to face the challenges though and come with an open mind.
