Yes Harrisburg University is a good option. They have a different format of classes where you have online sessions every week and once every month you will go to Harrisburg for a 4 hour class. People from all over the country come to Harrisburg because of this format. They offer CPT from day 1, provided you have F-1 visa. Else, you need to apply for CoS and then avail the CPT. Good Luck
