These are not rumours, this is true. I work with a very big multinational IT service provider - our company H1B guys have got all sorts of RFEs. All who tried premium processing got RFEs. the intent is clear. They want the junk out of the country (as per their thoughts) This is Karma , Indians have abused the h1b like anything. Come on - Java is a special skill ? joke, even kids know Java. People apply thru 4-5 companies for h1b so that the probability of lottery increases. This is because you get a refund on applications not selected. This is where the fair play is killed by indians.
