(at) Sishya .. They have defined MSA ( Metropolitan areas ) .. If you are within the same MSA or project is 30 days or less - you do not need to file amendment and rest of the scenarios you need to file amendment if any change in location. To answer your question - if you WFH , your primary client location won't change and you might be travelling to client location then you might NOT need any amendment.
