HI Ruchi, Apartment is 1160 ft. Floorplan is available at this link : http://www.newburycommon.com/floorplans.php?floorplanID=2137 . Swimming pool is heated one, its covered so is available throughout the year. With heating actually it depends. They have the same box which serves as Air conditioner and heater...so it don't do anything properly. For the first month when we moved in December, the bill came a little high. Other people have small oil heaters, they say its more efficient.
