First of all be happy ! You are doing great and much better than many others here !! About friends, get into some social activities and get involve with more people that way you may be able to find some like minded people. Sometimes we are too much in comfort zone and does not welcome others much! try with few and see how that goes. one more thing, It is not about friends count but quality matters more! All the best !
