Looking for a legal advice if someone out of us here is a lawyer. Can we go to consumer forum against a finance company for fraud? A company gave us finance with 90 dat same as cash option. Now we want to pay off but they are asking for prepay penalty as well as first payment is forfeited. If we pay the full amount that we owe and nothing beyond it, will it effect my credit history? Any lawyer here please
