Hello Friends- I bought a new car and have fully paid for the insurance and the car. When i went for the delivery of the car the dealer told me that he is unable to register the car on my name without a valid CT license or CT state id. Can someone please tell me if state ID can be obtained on the same day with the given documents they have listed. I am on a L1A visa
