Hi desi too, Yes in IT most of them are from Andra or Telangana. Another tricks: they came of H1b and when indian employer ask them to go back they apply for some cheap courses and ready to stay on student visa. recently they are trying to get citizenship by marrying residents on mutual benefits ( resident need money , desi need citizenship ). After few years they go to India and give divorce. Join any Telugu groups they will discuss these topics and give good deals.
