It completely depends on how many people are ahead of you in the flight.. which gate your flight is parked (its long walk most of the times).. I always travel through Mumbai and mostly I am out within 90 minutes.. last I went mid December during evening around 7 PM and I was out by 7:45 as I had seat at the beginning of the flight and walked fast to immigration.. there was just one guy ahead of me in immigration so did not took more than 5 minutes.. just baggage took about 15 minutes and through customs in next 5 minutes.
