Print your own passport and OCI photos (unlimited) at home or at the store without paying $15-30 at the passport office. All you have to do is, just take a nice picture from your mobile phone or a camera with a white background. Send it to my email id and I will edit it and make it into 2x2 passport size. I will send you back a good quality 4x6 photo which will have 6 passport size images. You just print it as many as you want on a 4x6 sheets at your home (if you have a printer) or at any shop that prints photos. It will cost you roughly 30 cents.
