See lets be honest its always easy to say to go to police file a complaint etc etc but aleays it gas strings attached going to police is alway not an option.See being in USA has its own venefits and disadv like if u end up filing a complaint there is a lot of mess ur name will be in the file till rest of ur life. Try to understand how it gonna impact ur kid probably u may never return back here. Eventhough u return everytime u hv to answer every customs officer questions raised on the topic u cant say hey dont ask its my personal. Also， do u think u can afford a lawyer and file and fight custody case? Do u even know the billing of them its not less than 600$per hr to find a lawyer who can make u win the case
