I was told in past from my colleagues from North & south that many of Andhra guys will put fake...As i am also from Andhra, i am not able to accept that...but now i am seeing in my new office out of 5 guys, 3 are fake. Even one guy was saying for his wife opt he put fake instead of 1 year prior exp, he mentioned 3 years and got full time. Then i realized the fact...but how come that happen...
