Thx for the love. All I am saying is our bodies are very sophisticated yet balanced after thousands of years of evolution, do not tamper that balance for money. What you need for winter is sweater/jacket not a flu shot. Medicines may save lives in emergencies but they do not keep us healthy, our lifestyle especially food, exercise(body and mind), social interaction is what can keep us healthy.
