We should all take flu shots. Its a misconception its only for old people and kids. Yes, if old people or kids get flu it can be fatal even, but by taking a flu shot you are protecting yourself from falling really sick. If a single shot can give you that protection, why would you not take it...or would you rather risk falling badly sick. BTW, I am a male 40, with two kids. Both I and my wife got the flu few years back, and it was the first feeling ever. Since hen all of us have been taking flu shots since past 7-8 years. There is no reason not to take a shot.
