My son had this problem, perhaps not as severe. What we tried was Aveeno baby Eczema therapy, good humidifiers in living and bed rooms, maintained the in-home temperature around 66F. My cousin is an Ayurvedic pharmacist, she suggested some medicine but it was not required for us.
