I went there last weekend, there are no colors yet.. its still green with negligible colors when you hike to the tower.. Even pond area also didn't had any colors last week, all people were doing BBQ by the pond and enjoying Oktoberfest.. You may want to go early as parking gets full quickly and then you will have to park on the road.. I have been there many times and was never able to secure parking lot, I always had to park on the street..
