Sir if possible try to take a video rec. Using camera is not illegal until or unless used for other derogatory purposes like recording private moments and others privacy and using them to cause harm. But in this case to bring out the abuse if u feel its there its not illegal...Do not directly contact them with the evidence whatsoever u have, end of the day its their team they try their best to move out sometimes try to cause harm to kid or family. My opinion is if u want to b strong in ur case hire a detective or lawyer yes it costs allot but worth it...then if such physical mental harassment exists u can sue those bastards along with ur evidence it forms a strong case..But remember you have to be 1000%sure about abuse..like is it really happening or is it ur over thinking becos of love etc...All The best...Remember America never tolerates abuse in any form on anyone
