you can drop any where, no need to drop where you picked. Check with them once. And they will charge you 50 cents/Mile apart from the daily rent and Gas. It seems you are travelling 150 miles, it will cost you around 75$. Check with home depot once, they will charge you 20$/hour and no extra charge for mile basis. And if you don't have much luggage, better try to take VAN/7 seater from enterprise.
