before enquiring/arguing I suggest you to call the insurance and ask them about the coverages. They will be able to explain all the details. Laboratory people would have called the insurance providers. Do you have any deductible for the year. all these details you can figure out by calling you insurance. It is very sad that the lab/hospital bills are very huge, except with out insurance it is very hard to survive here.
