I Took health insurance from access health ct ...for my wife and kid ...they approved long back effective July 1st but I didn't received any cards...mean while my son is sick so went for lab work 2000$ they charged ...now my question is when insurance kicks of they are suppose to cover all those charges or gives me only their agreed amount to the lab to me ?
