Are you for the first time insurance buyer? if yes, you can shop around other insurance companies and compare the quotes and decide which you want to. Go with the basic coverage options that Insurance agent suggests. It may depend on the state you live in as well. Try different companies like 21st, Statefarm, Allstate, Gieco, etc as well as the local or third party companies may offer for less premium. Usually for the first time buyers insurance will be more after a month or two you can change the company and you will get for less. About the Customer Service and claims:- Are you asking about Road side assistance? You don't have to worry about that assistance. Every insurance company will have third party road side assistance tie-ups. About claims:- It depends on the incidents and deductibles. For ex. If something happens to your Glass/Medical if you now pay more insurance amount the less you pay some thing happens. If you choose more deductible you will pay less insurance premium now.
