Its ok, sometimes it happens... we think that the other person would love the gift but they are in different mindset... It was a surprise gift so no point of consulting. I would suggest you to post the adv on craiglist and fb pages, im sure the kitty will find a new home as ppl here love pets... you can find a new home for her from there easily... Goodluck!!!
