Do spend lots and lots of time with them and dont make them feel, its USA so they have to behave like that (ofcourse that doesnt means wearing sports shoes with saree). Just let them be comfortable and feel at home with their own child. Enjoy your time and feel lucky because not all are blessed like you!!! Goodluck!!!
