Meriden not recommended. High crime rate. Hamden little away from all shops. Middletown is best among three.. Try Northwoods, Middletown Brooke/ridge, Windshire Terrace. Also try Manchester, CT if you have an option. Pavilions, Aspen Woods has lot of Indians.
